re: Raid Etiquette and Looting System

Before the run...

1. Please be on time (log on 30mins before scheduled time) and make sure you have repaired.

2. Have all the required addons installed before the run.

3. Purchase reageants specific for your class.

4. Make sure you bring enough super mana potions for raids. As a healer I usually bring 20.

5. Bring Super Healing potions.

6. Log on to vent.

During the run...

1. Vent is for the leader to give instructions so talking on vent should be kept to a minimum.

2. Use the raid/party chat to talk.

3. Follow the strategy given by the leader. Instructions will be given in a specific and direct manner so they will be easy to understand.

4. Currently we will not be using DKP. Items will be distributed according to class. Once classes are announced on vent then members with Protector rank or above will roll for the item if they desire it. If you receive an item on a Karazhan run...then the following drops will be distributed to the remaining members that have not received anything. If nobody wants the item then it will be offered to members that already received an item. Finally if nobody wants it, it will be offered to Inquisitor rank members or disenchanted if not desired by anyone on the run. Disenchanted items will be stored in the guild bank.

Inquisitor level members will remain at that level if they do not participate in raids and log on consistently to help the guild. Also, Inquisitor level members are only allowed 1 free drop from raiding per run any additional drops that they are allowed to have can be purchased for 75g.

Penalties: Signing up and not showing up can result in forfeiting your right to loot on your next run. The raid leaders will assess the severity of your infraction and assign the penalty.

Note: There may be times where items will not be rolled on and will be given to specific members. Our main tanks are an example of this, they will always receive first priority. Next in line are the Healers. Any non-upgrade drops such as mounts will be rolled on by the entire raid. Profession specific recipes or patterns will be given to members that have been promoted to guild crafters. If there are no guild crafters present the raid leader will determine who the drop will go to. The raid leader will always carefully evaluate the fairest way to distribute any drops that occur on a run.
